'A MAGIC CARPET RIDE'
I'm a little late but I've decided to take part in One World One Heart.
In the words of Lisa Swifka, who created the event in 2007, "The original idea behind this giveaway event was to bring bloggers together from around the world who may never ordinarily meet. It closes the gap of the blog community and enables us to interact, discover new and wonderful people, and in the process possibly win a prize or many prizes along the way." From 85-90 participants in 2007, many countries represented and numerous friendships made, this year there are well over 1,000 who are taking part in this huge event.
For the first draw, I'm offering a OOAK pincushion similar to the one above. The second and third draws will be for the beaded fobs below. To be eligible to win, you must have a blog and leave a comment on this post. If you should win,please make sure there is a way for me to link back to you or leave me your email address. The cutoff time for posting comments will be 8pm EST on February 15th. and I will post the winners names here that evening. Best of luck.

That pincushion is just about the loveliest thing I've ever seen to stick pins into. Wow! And the beaded fobs are cute too, although I've never heard that word used to describe.... whatever they are before. I'm betting it's the confusion of our "shared" language. LOL.
